About Me

I’m a healthcare lawyer with over a decade of experience advising healthcare professionals, from physicians and hospitals to therapists, telehealth ventures, and health coaches. I also happen to be a trained health coach…let me explain.

My journey into wellness began when I faced my own health challenge at 22. After struggling with persistent acne and exhausting every medical option, I discovered the transformative power of diet and lifestyle changes. That experience sparked a deep interest in wellness that I’ve carried with me ever since.

When COVID hit, I felt called to go beyond just providing legal advice to my clients. I enrolled in a renowned health coaching school to better understand what it means to support others on their wellness journeys.

During my training, I realized a critical gap: the contracts provided to new health coaches by health coaching schools were far too basic and left them exposed to significant liability. But it wasn’t just the schools—no other lawyer was offering contract templates specifically designed for health coaches, let alone someone with the unique perspective of being both a healthcare attorney and a trained health coach.

This realization drove me to action. I knew health coaches needed an affordable, accessible way to protect themselves legally, especially when starting out. So, I created contract templates that go beyond the basics, offering health coaches robust protection, setting clear boundaries, and complying with legal requirements—all at a fraction of the cost of hiring an attorney.

We need health coaches in this world now more than ever, and my mission is to ensure you can focus on helping others heal instead of worrying about legal risks. With my unique blend of expertise in healthcare law and firsthand experience as a health coach, I’m here to empower you to build a legally sound, thriving coaching business.
